How soon should I book?

Planning an event can take 6 months to a year, so as soon as you know your having an event, let the planning begin! We require at least 30 days in advance for all bookings and to reserve your date for rentals and 3 months for event planning services.

How do I book and reserve my date?

By phone or email, however we use honeybook to finalize all bookings. it's easy to use and you can safely pay online. For a faster response please fill out our inquiry form and someone will get back to you asap.

How much is your deposit?

A 50% retainer fee of your total is required to book and reserve your date. Final balance is due 30 days prior to your event.

How much do you charge for your balloon garlands?

Balloon Garlands start at $24 per foot, however if you choose one of our packages/bundles you will get a balloon garland or balloon arch at a discounted price.

What kind of balloons do you use?

The highest quality balloons, Qualatex latex balloons. Qualatex is made from 100% natural latex they are biodegradable and decompose as fast as an oak leaf.

What if I have to reschedule?

If for whatever reason you have to reschedule your install please allow atleast 2 weeks to reschedule your event, and at this time there is no fee to reschedule however there are no refunds and your 50% retainer fee is safely secure for the next date available.
